Second Data is a data advisor. We connect companies that hold valuable records with the AI teams that need them.
Every company creates a record of its work: messages, tickets, code, documents, and transactions. For most of that record's life, it only matters to the company that made it. That has changed. Teams building AI systems now need real business data, and they pay for it.
Most companies do not know this market exists, and the few that do have no simple way to use it. A founder, an operator, or a board does not have time to learn how data is priced, packaged, and cleared for sale. We do that work, and we find the buyer.

Our founding team comes from investment banking and private equity. We bring that M&A expertise to every data deal: careful diligence, plain documents, and a straightforward close.
